BugAtlas aims to provide a quick answer to the question: “In which tissues is my gene of interest expressed in the pest species Euschistus heros and Spodoptera frugiperda?”. It utilizes genomic and transcriptomic data resulting from a collaboration between groups at the Universities of Glasgow and Exeter in the UK, and at the University of São Paulo in Brazil.
